House of Caring Hands, Inc is a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit human services organization based in New Jersey. House of Caring Hands, Inc is also an approved Division Developmental Disabilities/Medicaid provider serving, persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities through comprehensive services.
SERVICES
House of Caring Hands provides a range of services not limited to Individual & Community-Based Supports, Transportation, Support Coordination, and Day Habilitation Program coming soon. House of Caring Hands is also a released Support Coordination agency, which means that we have received authorization from the Division of Developmental Disabilities to approve our own individualized service plans.
